Bonsal is an Advisor with Ramirez Advisors Inter-National, LLC. He was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. He has lived in Mexico, Canada and the United States. He has spent considerable time in Latin America, having opened offices for various employers and clients in Chile and Brazil.
Mr. Glascock speaks English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. Bonsal has spent the last 30 years in international business. He has experience in the areas of Distribution, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and Support. He has acquired this experience in both Fortune 500 and small/medium businesses. Bonsal has started several companies as well. In the construction industry, he was responsible for the complete financial analysis of all subcontractors relating to a $1Billion construction project. He has managed several technology projects for Stock Exchanges in multiple countries as well. In 1999, Bonsal founded Balarasa, a highly specialized advisory firm designed to serve the management, international and electronic commerce needs and requirements of small and medium companies. As part of Balarasa, he has opened new markets, set up distribution channels and in-country support organizations, created marketing programs and undertaken various capital raising strategies. Bonsal has been a frequent speaker at various forums regarding NAFTA, as well as Capital Markets. He recently spoke in Malaysia at the Worldwide Association of Telecenters. Bonsal earned his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Pacific and a Masters degree in Investments from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.
